Friday 13th July, 2018 (Time: 10.00am - 1.00pm )
On-going events throughout NFM and beyond on Friday 13th July, Friday 27th July, Friday 10th August, Friday 7th September, Friday 21st September and Friday 5th October.
We will develop upon the success of last year by creating a programme that involves young people of different abilities and from different backgrounds developing and then supporting angling events that will engage people with physical disabilities from local disability charities and stroke survivor groups to access angling. The young people will offer support and act as fishing ‘buddies’ for the older members with disabilities and we feel this will have a positive impact upon the lives of both groups and encourage social integration all through a shared passion of angling.
