A flexible opportunity for both beginners and the more experienced from around Europe


Opportunity for all the family to enjoy a days fishing supported by the Angling Trust. Working in partnership with the Angling Trust, Nottingham Anglers Association and the Environment Agency. Pre registration is recommended as places are limited. All coaches Level 2 licensed by the Angling Trust.

Location information:

Look for the Goosedale sign on the junction of Moor Road and Goosedale Lane, the entrance is 10m past the sign on your right coming from Bestwood VillageCoaching will take place on the Richmond Canal i.e. the canal is the first streatch of water on entering the fishery. The entrance is gated but I will be around to open the gate. Parking available

Please bring refreshments as there are no facilities at the complex although it is hoped to have a BBQ and refreshments to buy
